¡Ritmo! 2026

¡Ritmo! is an annual cultural showcase hosted by HACER, through which we honor the beauty and resilience of the Hispanic/Latine community. The event encompasses a diverse range of performances, including intricate dance routines, impactful spoken word presentations, and even engaging stand-up comedy acts. This entire program is coordinated by the HACER Cultural Events Committee and features participation from both Rice University students and members of the broader community.

This year, ¡Ritmo! will embrace the theme “Desde ayer a mañana,” or “Since yesterday to tomorrow.” The show will highlight and celebrate many Latine eras, “Epocas de Celebracion.”

This year we are excited to feature a fashion show of cultural wear along with perfomaces and dance acts!

¡Ritmo! 2026 will take place on Saturday, February 7th in the RMC Grand Hall. We hope to see you there!
