¡Ritmo! 2025

¡Ritmo! is an annual cultural showcase hosted by HACER, through which we honor the beauty and resilience of the Hispanic/Latine community. The event encompasses a diverse range of performances, including intricate dance routines, impactful spoken word presentations, and even engaging stand-up comedy acts. This entire program is coordinated by the HACER Cultural Events Committee and features participation from both Rice University students and members of the broader community.

This year, ¡Ritmo! will embrace the theme “Arte y Alma,” or “Art and Soul.” The show will highlight the profound connection between Latine art forms and the soul of the community. The theme will explore how music, dance, visual arts, and literature express both the collective and individual Latine experience. This year we are excited to feature a fashion show of cultural wear and an art gallery showcasing the work of Rice’s talented Latine artists!

¡Ritmo! 2025 will take place on Saturday, February 8th in the RMC Grand Hall. We hope to see you there!
